USN Fall in Exciting Game At Highly Ranked Ravenwood

The USN Tigers opened the scoring at highly ranked Ravenwood High School. Junior Atticus Pflaum smashed one home from close range in the 16th minute. The Tigers press caused Ravenwood some early troubles leading to some clever attacking play by USN. Off of a long throw from Senior Elijah Miller, Freshman Henry Baxter flicked the ball with his head to the back post of the goal where Atticus lurked to make it 1-0 Tigers. Ravenwood tied it up towards the end of the half.

The second half was well played by both groups, with each team being able to put pressure on the other. Ravenwood scored. USN went back on the offensive with Asher Hirt, Jack Schwarcz and Braylin Davis all coming close in the closing minutes. 2-1 final.
