Please Note:
- Students in Grades 1-12 are on a per-meal basis; no sign-up required.
- Kindergarten students have options described in the form below.
Families can choose each day whether to tote a lunch from home or eat a delicious and nutritious meal prepared in the Sperling Cafeteria for grades one through 12.

Total charges from the cafeteria are billed to your student account each month in TADS.

Kindergartners may sign up for a Wednesday-only lunch plan.

Kindergarten Only Meal Plan

Please complete the below form to sign up for the annual cafeteria meal plan (Kindergarten Only).

USN students in grades 1 through 12 are automatically set up to eat in the cafeteria as you/they wish, and you will be billed monthly in arrears for any meals your child purchases in the cafeteria. Families with students in grades 1 through 12 do NOT need to complete this form.

Kindergarten families must sign up in advance if you plan for your student to participate in the weekly meal plan.
