Student authors earn recognition for their poems, essays

Congratulations to four Gold Key winners and other High School students recognized by the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards received over 330,000 submissions nationwide — an impressive number. Our writers' works were sent to the Southeast Region at Large and judged against works from across the South. We are delighted to recognize our 12 students whose 16 pieces received awards at the regional level. The Gold Key work is being judged at the national level now.
