In Walk-off, University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers Loses To Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers

University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers fell to Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers 4-3 on Friday on the final play of the game.  The game was tied at three with Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers batting in the bottom of the seventh when Owen Block induced Christian Howell to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.
 
Hayden Waller led the Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers to victory on the hill. The hurler went seven innings, allowing three runs on five hits and striking out four.
 
Mahoney Daunic was on the hill for University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers. The righty went two innings, allowing zero runs on two hits and striking out one.  Quinn Powers and Block entered the game as relief, throwing two and a third innings and two innings respectively.
 
Grant Reilly went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers in hits.
 
Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers tallied seven hits on the day.  Landon Harper and Ty Lively each managed multiple hits for Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers.  Harper led Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers with three hits in four at bats.
