University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers Falls to Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers Despite Collecting More Hits

University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers fell 6-3 to Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers on Tuesday despite out-hitting them eight to six.
 
Christian Howell got the start for Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers. The hurler surrendered three runs on seven hits over five and two-thirds innings, striking out eight.
 
Townsend Stevenson was on the pitcher's mound for University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers. The righthander lasted four innings, allowing five hits and five runs while striking out eight.  Mahoney Daunic and Quinn Powers entered the game as relief, throwing one and two-thirds innings and one-third of an inning respectively.
 
University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers scattered eight hits in the game.  Stevenson and Alexander Peck each collected multiple hits for University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers.  Peck and Stevenson each collected two hits to lead University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers.
