Boys Soccer Open the Regular Season with 2-0 Win

USN Boys Soccer opened the season and district play with a 2-0 win vs. Columbia Academy. Noah Kim scored the first on a break away from a fantastic long pass from Thomas Mauries. Eli Galentino scored the second on a penalty kick after he was fouled in the box. Braylin Davis had a sharp turn and insightful pass to put Eli towards goal.

USN controlled the game throughout with quick, sharp play and use of the ball as well as aggressive transition to win the ball back quickly when it was lost. The Tigers were dangerous going forward and created numerous chances on goal. Elijah McKnight had a goal bizarrely disallowed as his shot crossed the goal-line as the half time whistle blew. The game was a very positive performance for the USN Boys Soccer team to start the season.
