Have you returned your library books yet?

Thank you to those who've returned their books thus far. We are still looking for 500 missing books.
By Kate Pritchard, Middle School/High School Librarian

We are down to just over 500 overdue books. Two weeks ago, that number was around 900. We're grateful to everyone who has returned a book since them; please keep them coming. You can return books at your convenience by putting them in the library book drop located in the 19th Avenue lobby. On nice days you might even find the book drop outside the lobby doors.

Meanwhile, books that were checked out over the summer are due back by Thursday, October 1, after which we'll begin sending overdue notices. Books are quarantined for four days after they are returned and before they are checked in.
