Locker cleanout postponed again

July 2 Update: Because Nashville has returned to Phase 2 of the Roadmap for Reopening Nashville, locker cleanouts have been postponed, and students & families should not enter school buildings.
Middle School students may clean out their lockers on assigned days between Monday, June 29 and Monday, July 6. High School students may retrieve their belongings beginning Monday, July 13. Please also use this time on campus to return Hassenfeld Library books to a bin located in the 19th Avenue lobby. To welcome families back to campus in the safest way possible, so we ask you to follow guidelines detailed on this webpage.

Everyone visiting or working in USN buildings is required to complete this form daily
before entering. To help foster a healthy campus environment, please expect to:
  • enter through the 19th Avenue doors only
  • wash/sanitize your hands immediately upon entering
  • wear a face shield
  • have your temperature checked
  • keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from others you may encounter
  • bring your own bag or box to take home your belongings
  • move as expeditiously as possible to keep down the number of people who are on campus at any given time.
Middle School students are invited to come to campus to clean out their lockers beginning Monday, June 29 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. In order to keep a safe distance from one another, please come on your assigned day if at all possible. Because lockers are assigned by advisor and then alphabetically by student, MS will use the following schedule, by the first letter of the last name:
Monday, June 29:  A F K P U
Tuesday, June 30:  B G L Q V
Wednesday, July 1:  C H M R W
Thursday, July 2:  D I N S X Z
Monday, July 6:  E J O T Y

Due to campus construction, the Class of 2027 may not access their lockers on the fifth grade hallway on Monday, June 29 or Tuesday, June 30.

For Middle Schoolers who do not wish to retrieve their items between Monday, June 29 and Monday, July 6, please email Head of Middle School Jeff Greenfield. USN faculty can remove belongings for you and place them in a bag with your name on it for you to pick up from the 19th Avenue lobby.

High School students are invited to clean out their lockers the week of July 13. We'll send more details about selecting appointment times so that we can monitor the inflow of traffic into the building to each grade level. We'll also have freshmen, sophomores, and juniors select their lockers for the 2020-2021 academic year at the conclusion of cleaning out their lockers.
