Three staff members will retire at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year.
Admissions Office Administrative Assistant Lynne Mosby welcomed every prospective family as well as coordinated the recruitment and enrollment process for the newest USN families for 18 years. She began at USN as a student before graduating in 1966 and returning to work in the Development Office.
Karen Roberts' 37 years of service at USN have helped facilitate the college search and transition for thousands of students through her roles as administrative assistant and events & college representatives coordinator in High School College Counseling.
Helen Yeargin joined USN in 1984 and brought joy to many young students and taught them how to crochet and finger-weave while working as assistant director of After-School.
The Class of 2019 will attend 62 colleges and universities this fall. Since it's difficult to read all the college names on T-shirts in the May 1 photo of seniors, here is a list of the colleges they have chosen to attend.
The fitness center will operate summer hours Wednesday, May 29 through Friday, Aug. 2 and be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Student-athletes are welcome to work out at school, except during TSSAA Dead Period, Sunday, June 23 through Saturday, July 6.
