Family Fun at Centennial Birthday Party

by Suann Davis and Ann Fundis, chairs

We are so excited about what is in store for you and your family at our USN Centennial Birthday Celebration on May 2.
If you are wondering what you all can do for four hours--besides the food, entertainment, and cake celebration we have already told you about--listen up.

We have games and activities of all kinds for all ages! Even our youngest guests will enjoy our balloon artist, face painting, and temporary hair coloring. We will also have hula hoops, a giant chess game, a huge Connect Four set, and our featured art activity, Eames House of Cards. WOW!

One game tent has boards for chess and checkers. We're giving away homemade cakes in the Cake Walk. We're setting up a HUGE Spider Web Mountain.

Flanking the party will be two great areas for field games: bocce ball and cornhole. Following the cake celebration, continuous games of USN Star Wars will be held in the Cheek Gym. For adults we're offering two indoor discussion panels during the party, one with former heads of USN and one with a group of our former Distinguished Alumni.

Therefore, do it now! Register, that is. For the party and then for an hour-long volunteer shift.  We need you and your help, too!
