USN Students Rule State on National Spanish Exam

 

Students in USN’s Advanced Placement Spanish class got a possible preview of their performance on the AP exam they take in May when they received their scores on the  National Spanish Exam. In the level 5 or AP level of the exam, USN had 8 of the top 14 scores in the state. All 13 USN students who took the exam received at least an honorable mention.

 

Emily Strupp, 1st in Tennessee, Gold

Mackenzie Catron-Walden, 2nd, Gold

Nicole Williams, 4th, Silver

Shyam Deshpande, 6th, Silver

Beth Green, 8th, Silver

Brooke Sgambati, 10th, Silver

Fiona Jensen, 11th, Bronze

Collin Schenk, 14th, Bronze

 

Honorable Mentions went to Mallory Easton, Omer Ikizler, Nick Carter, Roy Zhou, and George Wright.
