University School of Nashville is more than a historic building.  It is a collection of faculty, staff, and students working together to take best advantage of the educational opportunities the school offers.

From the first days of PDS to today's kindergarten class at USN, the experience of each individual at 2000 Edgehill Avenue is informed by and grows richer through its connection to all the others who filled the halls and classrooms before them.

Your support ensures that USN continues to send its graduates into the wider world prepared to meet any challenge.

The Annual Fund helps the school fulfill its mission, and your gift, no matter what size, benefits every USN student and teacher.

Why does USN ask for Annual Fund gifts?

Tuition covers roughly 85% of our operating expenses; we depend on the Annual Fund to make up part of the remaining 15%.  Your gift, your investment helps University School attract and retain excellent teachers, makes a USN education available to more students, enhances programs and technology, and improves facilities.  It is vital to the day-to-day operations of the school and benefits all of USN’s students and faculty.

Why is participation so important to the Annual Fund?

A high percentage of giving by all our constituents assures a solid future for USN and shows the wider community that we all believe in and support the mission of this school.  Strong participation in the Annual Fund often positively influences contributions from foundations and corporations.

How much should I give?

We hope that you will support the USN Annual Fund to the extent that you are financially capable.  Gifts range in size from $25 to $25,000, but each gift is a valued vote of confidence in University School and makes a very real difference.

How can I make a gift today?

Our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.  You may choose among several ways to donate to the Annual Fund.  You can mail a check to 2000 Edgehill Avenue, Nashville, TN  37212. or you can make a credit card gift via our secure online server at www.usn.org/giving.
