USN’s premier cookbook, Stir It Up! The Flavors of Diversity at USN, is here.
More than 350 delicious, family favorite recipes were collected from USN parents, faculty, students and
friends for the beautiful customized edition. With dishes ranging from Pickled Shrimp to Spicy Potato and Green Bean Bhaji, from award-winning Duck Chili to traditional Buckeyes, Stir It Up! reflects the school community’s rich cultural diversity.
The professionally published, three-ring bound volume comes with a mini-bookstand and costs $22. With purchases of three or more copies, the price is $20 each. High School graphic art students under the direction of Trent Boysen designed the book’s cover. Stir It Up! is a project of USN’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and was compiled and co-edited by Jennifer Bostwick-Owens, Angi Pile-Morris and Caroline G. Blackwell.
The cookbook may be purchased at the USN Bookstore. To reserve multiple copies for holiday gift-giving, contact Caroline at cblackwell@usn.org by calling 277-7480.
