Talented and Gifted Education Resources
for Parents, Teachers, and Students (PDF)
This collection of resources on gifted and talented education was
donated to USN by parents in honor of the memory of Bennett Klein, an
extraordinarily gifted young child. It is our hope that teachers,
parents, and students will use these resources to enhance our community
at USN by encouraging and supporting a habit of life-long learning and
an appreciation of the life of the mind.
The materials are located in the stacks of the Garden Level of the
Hassenfeld Library, on the outside wall nearest the corner of Edgehill
and 21st Avenue. The books, magazines, and videos in this collection
are for reference only, to be used within the library. Please read
them, copy them, make notes, and then return them to the shelves so
that all may benefit from them.
If you have any questions or suggestions for this collection of
materials, please e-mail or call Elizabeth Schoenfeld (a USN parent) at
etschoenfeld@comcast.net or 463.8578. We will be happy to add highly
recommended materials as our budget accommodates.
